Who are we?...

Bronco Plant Hire is the trading name of Bronco Plant Limited (Company No. 16390155), based in Sheerness, Kent established in 2025. upon leaving the Armed Forces in 2025 I needed a new challenge and after some deliberation with Bradley Bronco was born. The company’s initial plans are to integrate within fleet and commercial customers in the South-east providing three main services all complimenting one another.

Workshop- primary operation. With Previous experience in Repair and maintenance of heavy mobile, fixed plant and construction machinery world. Our initial focus has been based on building a service model working in partnership with Commercial fleets, manufacturers & government departments, we aim to have Bronco Plant (Bronco fleet management) to become a trusted one stop shop service and maintenance partner for its growing customer base across Kent, Essex, and London offering efficient and quality service but with the flexibility of a locally ran company. Since its inception we have secured consistent fleet work ranging from 3.5T light commercials up to 40T Excavators and currently oversee the maintenance of around 300 assets. In March this year we have been able to secure a workshop at our location. Our goal is to create a fast fit fleet centre being able to house up to 20 vehicles at any one time with our own inhouse parts department, the plan is to be able to be able to provide exceptional dealer level service with added capability of offering a comprehensive onsite service minimising customer downtime.

Fleet management service; this is our latest focus by utilising our unique working relationship with a local Vehicle and plant hire company we have been able to assist and advise customers on a number of fleet issues form lastminute replacement and ability to offer additional vehicles at short and little notice period we aim to offers small and medium sized businesses the ability to operate on the same grounds as large fleet operators whilst not needing to employ the extra staff allowing customers to do what they’re good at and not get side tracked with the complication of transport with the long term goal of incorporating a customer management portal directly into our CRM system.
